Return Policy
If you would like to return merchandise that is not damaged, defective, mounted or custom, you will be responsible for payment of the original freight cost of shipping the order, the frieght cost to return the order, and a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Merchandise:
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims must be made within 10 days. If merchandize arrives in damaged box(es), refuse the order or note damaged box on the shipping paperwork when you sign for the product.
To report damaged or defective merchandise, call our Customer Service Department at (660) 665-8613 immediately for instructions. Please be ready to provide the customer number, sales order number, and the description of the problem.
If a product is damaged because of shipper mishandling, save the box and packing materials. Without the orginal box(es) and packing materials, your claim cannot be processed for refund or replacement. Claims or losses on common carrier shipments must be made with the delivering carrier.
Be sure to return the damaged product using the call tag which will be provided to you once you return authorization has been issued. If we do not receive these items back within 30 days, you will be billed for the product.
